The aim of this website is to establish a national database of our members. This system will facilitate verification of rank and active status, and will integrate with other VEYM services in the future.
To begin, sign in and fill out your profile. Your rank, chapter, and roles will be verified by the appropriate authorities. You can see a description of the verification process below.

Verification Process
How do we verify the identity of VEYM members?
Each user will need to submit requests for approval for the 3 following categories:
1. User Role Verification
(DT, PNH, LDT, etc)
2. Chapter Verification
(HT is active in Doan ____ )
3. Rank Verification
(CI, CII, CIII, HLV, etc)
User Role Verification
For leadership roles, members will be verified by the chain of command as stated below:

Chapter Affiliation
When the user selects a Doan in their profile, the verification process is as follows:
HT updates membership profile with chapter affiliation
Đoàn Approver then verifies and approves the request
HT profile is updated with verified Đoàn affiliation
Rank Verification
When the user updates a rank in their profile, the verification process is as follows (Future State, with a supplemental promotion request):
HT updates membership profile with their rank
SMT and Trung Ương then verify and approve the request
HT profile is updated with verified rank
When the user selects a rank in their profile, the verification process is as follows (Current State):
HT updates membership profile with their rank
